JackJaw® SC0515 Conversion Assembly Square Sign Post Puller 1.75" - 2.25"

The JackJaw® SC0515 Square Sign Conversion Kit is is used to convert a JackJaw JackJaw 500 (JJ0500) U-Channel Puller to a JackJaw 515 (JJ0515) that pulls Telespar/Unistrut posts.  The kit comes complete with the slide block, link arms and jaw assembly.

With the kit installed the unit is transformed into a JJ0515 the fast, easy and safe way to extract square sign posts - Telespar/Unistrut (1.75” - 2.25”).

This square sign post puller extracts posts straight out of any surface. The JackJaw® 515 square sign post puller is a rugged all steel puller that weighs only 33 pounds.  In addition, its patented jaw mechanism provides a positive grip that prevents back and shoulder strain of operators that results from the whiplash of other pullers.  Because it helps eliminate back injuries, the JackJaw® post puller may also help you lower your worker's compensation EMR.  In addition, you no longer need an expensive bobcat and 3 guys or a heavy cumbersome hydraulic system to pull sign posts.  One guy can do the job!

The sturdy lever arm gives you a 28 to 1 mechanical advantage.  A 100lb down force on the handle generates a 2800lb upward force and a 3200lb gripping force on the post.  Tilted posts?  No problem!  Just lean the JackJaw® square sign post puller to align with the post.

JackJaw® square sign post pullers are produced in Dayton, Ohio from heavy gauge steel plate, and tubing to withstand everyday job site use.  JackJaw® units have a zinc and clear chromate plating for long lasting durability and corrosion resistance.  The easily replaceable jaws (CA0006 jaw kit) are case hardened AR400 steel for long wear.  Also, the jaws can be easily replaced in the field.  Order item CA0006 jaw kit when needed.
